Between work, bills, family, and trying to stay healthy, the everyday pressures of life can turn you into an anxious mess.
You are not alone.
Fear is one of the emotions that has a very strong effect on your mind and body.
Fear can take many forms including anxiety, worry, panic, tension, nervousness, distrust, defensiveness, obsessive thinking, and uncertainty to just name a few.
This mindset plagues us all as long as we believe that we are separate. Even the most successful of us are constantly either avoiding or being subtly manipulated by this limiting energy.
When we are lost in the energy of fear, what we often think and see is how we will get hurt, what we may lose, and how we are not sure we can protect those around us and ourselves.
But here’s the thing.
When we’re afraid of something and focusing on what we don’t want. But the thing is, when we don’t want something to happen, we don’t realize that we’re holding it in mind. Unfortunately, the mind doesn’t know how to translate words like “doesn’t”, or “not”, or “don’t”. Fear and it will appear.
But fear is just an emotion. It isn’t the truth. No matter how extreme a situation is, no matter how justified any feeling feels, it is always releasable. And because it isn’t who you are, you have the power to set yourself free from all imaginary limitations.
When we release this burden, all the organs in our body begin to function properly.

How Journaling Can Help You
And one of the tools to release anxiety is to write down your thoughts so that you can track your emotions about a particular problem, and then you can let it go easily.
It may sound too good to be true, but journaling can help your emotional healing.
There are many reasons to start journaling for mental health. Writing helps you to be honest with yourself about what you’re feeling in ways you may not be able to share with others.
Good News: My New Coaching Program with Journey App
I’m excited to also let you know that I have teamed up with Journey app again to create my new coach program: Overcoming Anxiety.
Journey is a journaling app that keeps your private memories and supports you to create a healthier, happier mind. It allows you to record your daily events, dreams, secrets, gratitude, and relive those moments.
The Journey App has more features than any other journaling apps that can take out the true essence of writing a journal from within you.
You can read more about the app here.
Why did we create this program?
If you allow your anxiety to take over your life, you will lose your sense of self-purpose and forget who you really are.
Here’s what would happen.
You isolate yourself because the thoughts of leaving your house make you feel overwhelmed.
You don’t like sitting alone in your room because it makes you feel uncomfortable and you feel like there’s something missing but your body refuses to move so you’d rather lay in bed alone.
You say no to trying something new because you’re constantly overthinking and you’re afraid of failing.
You can’t do the things you love because of your fear of failure, your fear of what could happen, and your fear of success.
You really want to have a good night’s sleep but your mind won’t let you. It’s so active, you can’t push your thought aside.
We get it. No, you’re not crazy. This used to happen to me all the time.
Anxiety can feel so real and not everyone fully understands how difficult it is to control.
This energy can be tapped even when we are frozen in fear. Just touching
this energy dissolves fear and all its related thoughts and beliefs. This energy is our
courageousness–our fearlessness.
Letting go of anxiety and tapping into your courageousness brings you inner peace. With the help of this new coach program, you can let go of the grip of sabotaging thoughts and emotional baggage. Our goal is you will find new and powerful ways to respond appropriately to what life throws at you, so you can create the life you have always dreamt about.
Now you.
How did you deal with anxiety?
Did you write a journal to let go of your fear and evoke your self-awareness?
Did you jot down your thoughts and inner conflicts to heal?
