For some reason, I have clients come to me all the time who are deep into the personal development world. But they couldn’t implement what they learned to proudly say, “Yes, that’s been my living experience.”
It’s not that they aren’t capable of change or there’s something wrong with them.
No.
It’s simply that it takes more than knowledge to be successful.
And knowing what to do with the knowledge is just another knowledge.
Knowledge is not the same with taking action.
Knowledge is not Knowingness.
That’s when coaching is coming because you are better when you have support to implement your knowledge.
More importantly, when you partner with me, you get the support from someone who has been there.
Fun Facts About Coaching
Did you know that business leaders, professional athletes, and even top surgeons all use coaches to improve themselves in some way?
Only 7% of people say they’re productive—I know I’m one of them!
- 80% increased self-confidence
- 73% improved their relationships
- 67% enhanced their work-life balance
- 72% upgraded their communication skills
- 86% of companies recouped their investment in coaching
Thanks to a study from the International Coach Federation, there are plenty of statistics that prove the effectiveness of coaching.
The essence of coaching is to help you unlock the power within you.
And as a coach, I help you transform your lives and achieve your goals.
On The Fence About Working With A Coach?
It’s important to realize that sometimes we need a healing coach to guide us. Even though such service may not be cheap, compare these costs with the cost of expensive sessions of psychologists and doctors to treat depression and undermined health.
Check and see if any of these apply to you…
- You’re always stressed and living with uncertainty. Worry and anxiety haunt you until you feel you can’t compromise with your life any longer.
- You’re constantly putting your own wants and needs on the back burner.
- You feel that it is not possible to achieve the intended goal. You feel useless and worried about the future.
- You feel that something is missing. You become forgetful and absent-minded.
- You’re losing meaning and orientation in life. You’re constantly confused and tired. You aren’t sure of the next steps for your life and how to manage it.
- Days become dull and you have no desire to do anything. You’re searching for help.
- You want to live the life you love but you have no idea where to start.
If you don’t get out of this loop, there can be really dangerous consequences for your emotional health.
Now ask yourself:
What is not resolving past hurt, anxiety, stress, and anger costing you?
How much longer are you willing to deal with unwanted emotions?
What do you want instead — in your life, in your business, in your bank account?
This is why coaching is important. Working with a healing coach is a practical way to tap an inner source of boundless happiness, to achieve your wildest dreams and highest potential, and to become a spiritual “finder” instead of a seeker.
So, do not hesitate to ask for help.
You are worthy of the investment.
Another Reason Why Coaching Is Important
As a healing coach, I help people to live in the now by letting go of unwanted emotions and whatever that has been holding them back so they can feel peace and improve life.
I’m using The Sedona Method with all my coaching clients to shed light upon all limitations and specific challenges that you have been facing and let that go.
A basic tenet of The Sedona Method is that we are already Freedom that we seek in every external activity. We’re already whole, complete, and enough as we are. And we come into this world in that way.
Without realizing it, we’re always the ones limiting ourselves.
It’s us who blocks that.
It’s us who deny that.
It’s us who look away from that.
It’s us who pretend like we’re limited — even when we never were and never will be — not in the ego-sense kind of way, of course, but from the perspective that which is aware of that.
We have no limits whatsoever. We are the Freedom that we seek in every external activity. We are this wholeness, we are this completeness.
And my job is to help you see that:
- You are not your thoughts
- You are not your feelings
- You are not those sensations in that body
- You are not your beliefs
- You are not your stories
- You are not your attitude
- You are never the victim
- You are never the spin of the mind
- You are not that body-mind you believe you were
- You are that which is aware of all those
Contrary to popular belief, I believe to work from a place of rest because that hustle or struggle is always optional. Peace and quiet are all about letting go of the noise in your head.
I work on the premise that you have all the answers given and you can easily tap into your own intuitive knowingness and clear reason—if you allow yourself to do that.

Why We Believe in Limitation Game
When we’re first born and come in as little ones in these bodies, we have not identified yet with body-mind. It actually takes us close to two-and-a-half years to identify with being whatever-your-name-is.
You probably notice that young children look at the world very differently than we do. They look at the world with wonder. They look at it without a sense of separation; without a sense of limitation.
But over time, we convince them that they are limited; that they are separate.
The transformation because of that belief is now even in their language. Just notice. When young children first refer to themselves by their name, it’s usually in the third person. In other words, they don’t say, “Where is my toy?” or ” I was looking for my toy.” If her name is Adelia, she would say, “Where is Adelia’s toy?”
Then at a certain point, usually again around two — two-and-a-half — they get locked-in enough.
Yes, in the
Once we believe, “I’m the body-mind and all my possessions belong to this me,” then we spend the rest of our lives reinforcing the sense of limitation.
This limitation game is also true with belief systems, with fear, with uncertainties, with all the things that eventually, as adults, hold us back.
And you can see that as children age past two, they become less childlike more adult-like and a lot of that has to do with our buying-in to or trying to fit into limitation.
This tendency is to try to fit-in to our limitations and to try to limit ourselves without realizing it so that we can be like everyone else.
Why We Want to Fit In to Limitation
Most of us are living in a Box City. We have boxes, within boxes, within boxes, within boxes, within boxes; starting with the first box of being an individual, separate from the All.
The next most limiting box is the limitation that, “I’m a body separate from all other bodies.” And then all other boxes are created from that.
Part of it is, we think that will be pro-survival. We don’t realize that all this buying-in, in most instances, is anti-survival. It’s holding ourselves back. It’s shutting ourselves down. It’s reflexive and it stays with us our whole lives.
So we’re the ones who are causing ourselves to appear to be limited — on every level. We’re trying so hard to fit in into this box that is not us. And t
But Why Do We Buy Into This Limitation BS?
What happens is, we don’t really realize we’re doing this, but we take on our parents’ beliefs, society’s beliefs, and we start crafting our own. And when we’re really young, we’re not very discerning. We kind of pick up everything like a sponge.
So if our parents were afraid of water, we become afraid of the sea; or if we are rebellious by nature, if our parents were afraid of deep water, we’re not afraid of water but we come up with a new fear.
We keep trying to limit ourselves more and more and more.
So, if you allow yourself to examine all your fears, for example, you’ll discover that at one point, you weren’t afraid of that one particular thing.
Then afterward you were.
And what you did, in order to become afraid and anxious about that is, you fit yourself into a belief system, into a story, into a limitation
You identified with a story of limitation, a belief system.
You narrowed yourself down into something that was much more limited than what you really are.
And the wonderful thing about that is because you’re the one who put yourself into these many boxes, you can release any box, including the box that I’m-a-body, the box that I’m-a- separate-individual.
As you release these boxes and let them go, on any level, they produce a tremendous sense of ease and freedom within you.
How Coaching Can Be The Key To Unlock Your Potential
Coaching is all about recognizing that we all have already within us everything we need to overcome the challenges that we are facing in our relationships and life.
Coaching is not telling you what to do or how to do it but support you to connect with true yourself.
During the coaching sessions, I will help you to see how it can be as easy as recognizing that you’ve fit yourself into, limited yourself down, and squeezed yourself into whatever the limitation is, and then let that go.
I’ll help you release all the limitation
It was you who said, “Oh, this must be true,” or “I must really have this problem,” or “This must be the way it is.” And because you did it, you can undo it.
This is a key that will help you to be freer on every level.
Coaching will support you to have, be, and do whatever you choose. It will help you to let go of apathy, grief, fear, lust, anger, pride and the limiting parts of courageousness, acceptance and peace.
I’ll walk with you so you free to see what’s beyond this whole damn sense of limitation and help you discover what you truly are — behind the false stories, beyond all limitations, your real Self, your essential true Self, That which is beyond identification, beyond story, beyond suffering.
When you live life from that expanded perspective, nothing stops you. Nothing pulls you.
“Why Do I Need Coaching?” — You Might Ask
You might want to become healthier, find a fulfilling relationship, overcome a mindset challenge, get a better job, earn more, or grow your business. And it can be very possible when you let go of what you are not: your limitations.
I take a holistic view to help you unlock your potential, achieve your goals, and create a life you love.
Well, you have a lot of superpowers, but they are usually covered by past trauma and limiting beliefs. That’s exactly where coaching steps in. It’s very powerful because we acknowledge the past and let it go to clear the runway for the future.
Coaching supports you at every level, empowers choice and leads to change, and build awareness. All of us are essentially one being, and breakthroughs in any single area of life have a wider impact on us as a whole.
What Can You Expect From Your Coaching Program?
When we begin to recognize the truth of who we are, we begin to experience change that comes from within.
You’ll begin to:
As a coach, I hold space for you — a safe, judgment-free space that gives you room to think, feel, and speak freely.
From that place, you can easily release your imaginary limitations and create the life you want.
I believe wholeheartedly that you are already whole, perfect, complete, and enough as you are. My role is supporting you to explore, discover, uncover, and expand your own ability to navigate the desired change.
Your changes will work because they resonate with you and you get to go at your own pace. This is your agenda alone and—always remember—everyone goes at their own tempo.
My coaching sessions will help you to:
- get clear on what you want (your goals, desires, aspirations—you name it)
- make important decisions — which you’ve been putting off and have been draining your energy — with ease
- identify the boundaries you need to set so you can do more of what you love to do
- take the inspired actions so you won’t get totally overwhelmed in the process.
When you use coaching as a tool to create the life that you love, it’s important to understand that you’re not doing this to change or control the people around you, but as result, the people around you will change their behavior towards you because you are now different with them.
Your surrounding improves because you are more present and you are more in tune with yourself and your boundaries.
I’ve seen my clients reduce stress and anxiety, overcome fears, grief, anger, obstacles, and mindsets that have been holding them back for years.
I’ve seen them gain clarity.
I’ve seen them give themselves permission to build a creative life and business on their own terms, in their own way, and by their own rules.
I’ve seen them finding balance, peace, and happiness.
How Quickly Will I See Results?
One of the things that impressed me most about the coaching using The Sedona Method is that it has resulted in a sense of unshakable peace, happiness, joy, and calmness that is always with us, no matter what’s going on around us.
If you make it a habit to let go as you go about your daily life, eventually everything will feel like small stuff.
As you begin to let go of your internal tension and other stressful feelings, you’ll notice that you experience a sense of relief.
As powerful as coaching is, it’s not a magic pill or quick fix. But the good news is when you create from the place of joy, you’ll allow yourself to be, have, and or whatever you desire.
How Long Is The Program?
I no longer work with clients one-on-one for anything less than 4-sessions duration, except if you’re already familiar with Sedona Method.
At least four sessions together are perfect for getting you unstuck, finding clarity, focus, and direction in your life and creative work, and building a clear plan of inspired action to get you moving forward in a way that truly works best for you.
Some people are all set after four sessions, some people have enjoyed my coaching for several years, with different intervals.
Your coaching program is personally designed to cover the issues you bring to our initial session. However over time if you feel there is more you’d like to unpack, programs can be extended.
The most important thing is to accept that long-term benefits happen over time and this is different for everyone. The key to your success is making room in your life for consistent, daily choices.
