Identify Your Triggers
If you are experiencing anxiety, the first step you should always take is to identify any and all of your triggers. By identifying your triggers, you can make sure that they are not going to have as much hold on you in the future. Triggers for anxiety could be a lot of different things. Some people feel anxious when they are in large crowds. Others hate certain situations such as job interviews. Once you know your triggers, you will be able to let them go using the Sedona Method and ensure that you are taking steps to relax before you have to deal with them.
Write It Down
Next, you can try to write your thoughts and feelings down. If there are negative feelings that are impacting your self-confidence or causing you to feel unsure of yourself, then writing those thoughts down is always going to be a great option. It means that they will have far less of a hold on you but you will have taken a step to tackle them head-on. You could write them down in a diary. Or, you might want to think about writing them down on a blog. This doesn’t need to be a public blog. It can be totally private.

Try Alternate Medicine
You could also think about exploring alternative forms of medicine like CBD oil to fight back against anxiety levels that could be impacting you. Many people hate the idea of taking meds for an issue like anxiety and that’s totally understandable. Instead, you might want to think about using alternatives such as herbal medicine. These aren’t addictive but could provide the benefits to your well-being that you need. They could mean that when you are faced with a trigger, it isn’t as impactful and doesn’t cause you to panic or lose control.
Speak To A Therapist or A Healing Coach
Finally, you might want to consider speaking to a therapist or booking private coaching sessions with me. If you suffer from anxiety, then it’s possible and indeed likely that there is a deep cause at play. You need to make sure that you think about how to address these deep-rooted issues. Speaking to someone that you can trust is often a great way to do this. It means that you’ll be able to approach these issues from a psychological point of view and ensure that they no longer have a hold on you in life.
