The keyword that we have used there is realistic because you need to make sure that you are going to be able to achieve them with the right amount of hard work. If you make them too difficult, all that is going to happen is that you’re not going to meet them within the timeframe that you have set, this is going to demoralize you, and then you’re going to want to give up.

The final thing that we’re going to mention is that you can look at some products to help you depending on what your goal is.
