Free Sedona Method Support Calls
Mattis and Adelia will be hosting a free Sedona Method Support Call
… on supporting how to help you release some of your own core holdbacks …
… and freeing yourself to achieve even your most ambitions, dreams, and aspiration …
… and opening the greater gift: The real ‘You’.
Most of us experience strong emotions (such as fear, grief, anger, panic, depression, guilt, shame, frustration—the list goes on) from time to time. That is normal, but if you don’t know how to let go of these emotions, you can feel very unhappy. The Sedona Method is a simple, powerful, and easy-to-learn technique that shows you how to uncover your natural ability to let go of any painful or unwanted feeling in the moment.
Join releasers from all over the world in our free Sedona Method Support Calls, especially if you are new to letting go. All are welcome.
There will be no upcoming Support Calls for now.
If you are in another time zone or country, check the world clock to determine the correct time for your location HERE.
Each call starts with a group release, similar to a guided meditation. Then the call opens for questions, sharing insights and benefits, and assistance with letting go.
You don’t need actively participate to gain maximum benefit from the call. In fact, most people listen quietly and follow along within themselves.
You can join the calls via phone, computer, or just about any smart device such as an iPad or Android device. Calls last about an hour and are recorded. The video will be turned off.

Tasmania, Australia“Hi Coach Lia, I’m listening to the opening to the first support call. I hope Coach Mattis is ok after the accident right before the call.
Thank you to Coach Lia & Coach Mattis for making this support call.
It was amazing and an easy method to let go. This session made me feel in deep silence and stillness 🧘🏽♀️”

Sydney, Australia“Thank you, Mbak* Adelia and Mattis, for allowing me to speak Indonesian in this first support call, and thank you for translating my gains for others.
As I spoke on the support call, after doing private coaching with Mbak Adelia, I did a release on my salary that was impossible to reach a certain point, but I never expected that it turned out to be more than the target I set on the goal process, thank God.
I found Sedona Method is easier than some of the techniques that I followed & practiced before. Mbak Adelia helped me to make it easier.
Now I feel calmer and I keep practicing to release all limitations to make life easier & more enjoyable!”
